Managers often already know all the theories, but they neglect their satisfaction. That is, the power of "being" is underestimated. The challenge in the power of "being" is to encourage yourself to slow down. It is through doing nothing that inspirations arise. The power of "being" in turn means consciously noticing and appreciating these inspirations.
