Since 2002 Franz is working as a holistic global executive coach specializing in senior level business coaching for global leaders, multicultural executive teams. He also focuses on the support of values based organizational transformation processes. He provided his services in areas like Banking, Insurance, Technology, Consumer Goods and many others. Franz brings 15 years of senior executive experience to his clients. During this time he led several key transformation projects, had hands-on experience with three cross-cultural acquisitions and introduced leadership and coaching programs. Franz works in German and English.
Career
As a former executive he has a deep respect for the unique situation each client brings to the coaching. He integrates his experience about the complexities of global business with his transformational competence. Clients describe him as inspirational, authentic, empathic and at the same time as sometimes challenging. Effective, passionate leadership and profitable, sustainable business are at the heart of his work. His holistic and results oriented approach integrates elements of humanistic psychology, integral system transformation, cross-cultural competence and the wisdom of modern science and ancient traditions. Franz lived and worked for 12 years in North America. 7 years he worked as CEO for a German based Automotive and Heavy Duty supplier in the US and CAN and served several years as European and Global Business Unit Manager. In these roles he worked with nearly every country in Europe and North America.
Education
His credentials include a Masters in Automotive Engineering from the University for Applied Science in Munich, Germany. Franz has a 4-year education as coach and management coach and carries a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation.
Commitment
For many years he volunteered as a mountaineering guide for the German Alpine Club and in several leadership roles at the International Coach Federation. 2008 he founded the Non-Profit organization: “Coaching Initiative Bildung und Zukunft e.V.”. With coaching for school principals it contributes to the development of better learning cultures at schools in Germany.
Private Life
Franz lives now close to Munich. He has a great passion for the mountains. Music, Yoga and meditation help him to find a good life balance.
