The economy has discovered compassion and kindness! This is actually good news, because in a working world where people leave their bosses rather than their companies andcompanies and jobs, kindness and empathy are probably are probably not key competences. Kindness Economy, and the big question remains: Is this a hype or a change in awareness in management?

These values are not often found in company mission statements. Appreciation and respect are more common. Being nice is almost a predicate for losers. Or would you like people to say of you: "She's nice."?
On the other hand, 50 years ago there was only a disparaging smile smiles for non-smokers, vegetarians (let's not even talk about vegans) vegans) and teetotallers. Download Kindness Economy article
