Assessments and 360° feedbacks are programmes for individuals or groups, designed to define their present situation.
Where do I stand in my career, how do I perceive myself, how am I, or our department, viewed from outside, what impact
do I, or our team, have on our surroundings? Once the situation has been determined, the appropriate coaching measures
for making the next step in career development can be agreed.
Assessments and situation analyses by choice reflect how one is perceived by others and enable
comparison of this image with one’s own self-image. The comparison enhances the sharpness of one’s
own perception, furthers on the one hand tolerance and openness to feedback from both professional
and private sources and furthers on the other hand the ability to recognise and balance one’s own
strengths and weaknesses.
